Entertainer, singer, songwriter, producer and television host Cee Lo Green is everywhere. From his recent appearances at the Grammys, his Super Bowl halftime show and as host of NBC’s hit show The Voice, Cee Lo Green is one busy entertainer. But while he may be enjoying the spotlight of fame and working around the clock there’s another, very unexpected side to Cee Lo - a side of that took time to say “thanks” to those who have meant so much to him and his family in the past. You can see it and hear it all in his tribute to Firefighters, captured in this wonderful music video rendition of “Thank You.”
Cee Lo Green’s appreciation of firefighter’s is real and heartfelt - his mother was a volunteer firefighter and Cee Lo says that he himself wanted to be a firefighter at one time. His mother was also rescued from a car crash by firefighters, so Cee Lo felt that this “Thank You” was just something he needed to do.
